Project vision:

The vision for Heartland Suites was to create an assisted living environment that feels like home: welcoming, comfortable, and closely connected to the surrounding community. Rather than organizing daily life around an institutional setting, the space brings together private suites and familiar shared areas where residents can spend time with family, enjoy meals, and build friendships.

Accessibility and independence shape the resident experience. Thoughtful bathroom features and easy-to-use living spaces help people move through their day with confidence, while two living areas and kitchens offer choices for socializing or finding a quieter place to relax. Outdoor spaces extend that sense of freedom, creating opportunities for fresh air, gardening, and shared activities.

At its heart, the project is about preserving the warmth of a residential home while supporting the practical needs of assisted living. The result is a setting where care, comfort, and community can be part of everyday life.
